Secondly, they didn’t even ask us to pay for staying those additional hours until the actual check-in time and gave us breakfast. The whole stay was very calming due to the location of the hotel and the staff. It was completely different from other hotels we stayed in Vietnam. The villas are lovely and huge with access to a bath in your terrace as well as a balcony with vue in your room! There’s a pool and the restaurant’s food is delicious! Many at the reception was very friendly and helped us to book transportation and advised us on what to visit. It’s definitely the best Hotel in Phong Nah!

The rooms are beautiful and the hosts go out of their way to make you feel welcome and take care of you. We arrived late and our visit begun with them organising a car to collect us. They took care of our bags while we were on a two-day cave adventure, rented us a bike and let us have our room until late in the evening because we were getting the midnight train from Dong Hoi. The food is excellent. I cannot rate Karst Villas highly enough. Thank you, thank you.
