First the hotel was absolutely gorgeous, the food was amazing, the staff incredible, super friendly and helpful. The pool was huge and super comfortable. 5 stars. 100% would recommend. If you are looking for a place for your honeymoon, this is the place!!!

the hotel is amazing! the style is so precious and the views are breathtaking. we took a suite at the adults only building, we had an access to the rooftop and to restaurant Fuego. it was amazing! the hotel is so clean, and the pools as well. we had a personal butlers called Magaly and and Kiyoshi who had helped us so much and made our stay easier, she was available 24/7 answering all our questions and making reservations for us. the parks were truely gorgeous and we had once in a life experiment, especially Xsenses.

The place is amazing! Food was great, much more than any other all inclusive resort we have been to. Also, the place is beautiful!!!! Staff is amazing! Especially Karina our consierge who was very helpful and Frida the waiter at the pool who was super friendly! .
