The hotel provided a free bicycle to roam around Ho-An and did all the travel bookings for us (including trip to Hoi-An show, Hue trip, trip to Bana hills, taxi bookings to and from airport etc.). The spa and gym was really good. Hotel is close to the river and Hoi-An old town. Overall we loved our the stay at La Charm!.

My girlfriend is uncomfortable during the journey, but Lily take care of us every morning, 3/21 is my birthday, I didn’t tell the hotel , but they still prepare a cake for me.(I didn’t have it all since I’m so full) Great sunrise, great service , great food , great Hỏi an , I will be back !

From the minute we walked in we were welcomed with a warm greeting, a delicious welcome drink and the best staff. The room was amazing as I expected and the bed was so cozy. Breakfast in the morning is more than filling, the selection is beyond. We were there a few days before our wedding and the staff were incredible. They knew all the details and arranged so much for us. Their attention to detail and genuine care is really above and beyond. They treated my other guests just the same. I really worried about nothing during my time there. The location is perfect, east for others to stay close, a quick walk to old town but not so close that you hear the commotion. A beautiful window view to beat! A big thanks to Anne and her team, wish we could have stayed longer!

This Little Riverside Hoi An was a real Wow! We enjoyed every minute there. From our arrival with a welcome refreshment and a great introduction by Amber as to services available and her care of us throughout our stay, to the large room and large bathroom, to the lovely river views, to the cleanliness and daily maid services, to the very excellent breakfast selection, to the very professional spa (I requested Vin 3 times she was so good, my husband was impressed with Mary's foot and leg massage) - well, bottom line, this hotel is fantastic. It is located just outside the Old Town, a pleasant walk to get there. There are tour services available also. We would also like to mention Aimee as yet another outstanding employee. We would say all employees were exceptional. Also worth a mention - the lovely pool on the rooftop. We highly recommend staying here for a memorable Hoi An experience.

The bed is comfortable the rooms are spacious. The hotel is beautiful, safe, and cozy. It is very close to everything you would want to do in Hoi An. The best part about this hotel is the incredible personal service you will get. Kevin made our experience so memorable. He was helpful regarding every aspect of our stay. From suggesting what we should do around town, to making sure we had a comfortable stay, he took care of us. He helped arrange tours and cars for us at very reasonable prices. I was really enjoying my time there.
