The buses all seem to stop there which could be convenient. We also rented our bike from them. Would also like to mention Sauce Tacos and Wings it was the best restaurant in walking distance and one of our favourite no local meals in Vietnam.

Situated in Ha Giang, HagiangGo Hostel-Motorbikes rental and Tour offers a bar. The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi throughout the property. Excellent! Our room was massive and very comfortable. Good location - just a few minutes from the bus station and close to restaurants and shops. Breakfast was good too with a choice of baguette, eggs, side of veggies or noodle soup. We also did the Ha Giang loop with HaGiangGo, using easy riders. Mr. Phương was great in explaining the route, points of interest and arranging it for us. Our easy riders, Hieu and Giang were fantastic, very safe, capable riders, friendly and very helpful - they scored major points from us with how safe and contentious they were about not consuming any alcohol even at night just in case - in their words, “our lives were in their hands and they didn’t want to take any chances”! We couldn’t have asked for better easy riders. Thank you Mr. Phương, Hieu and Giang for a fantastic trip!

Hotel : Room I stayed, is clean and tidy. But there is some leaks from bathroom ceiling. There was water dripping from upper floor bathroom 2. Motorbike rental : Every motorbike here is new and in good condition. Motorbike I rent, still used for 3700km, and in a prime condition. Rental process takes only 1 minutes. You choose your motorbike, then sign the contract. But as a renter, you have to check, take video and take some picture of your motorbike. Also, you have to understand contract you sign. 3. Transportation : they help you buy bus or limousine tickets. 2 cute and beautiful lady picked me up from bus stop with a sign wrote my name. Then going to the hotel 4. Ha Giang loop tours

Abbiamo soggiornato ad Ha Giang prima di partire per un giro sulle montagne. Ha giang è una città medio piccola, non ha tante attrazioni da offrire ma ha tutti i confort per organizzare un viaggio in moto in montagna. Infatti abbiamo affittato la moto ad Ha Giang la nostra escursione in montagna.

Hotel economico ma molto carino e pulito. Zona centrale per girare il centro di Ha Giang anche se la città ha poco da offrire. Ottimo staff, molto disponibile. Possibilità di prenotare tour del loop. Senza l'aiuto dello staff non saremmo riusciti ad anticipare il bus per la tappa successiva.

The stay at Hoang Su Phi was magical. Hien took extraordinary care of us. We felt like family. The meals were exceptional and she went above and beyond to make sure our large family was cared for. The placement in the hills was magnificent with panoramic views across a stunning vista. Hien arranged a trek with a local guide, Sai, who brought us through the rice terraces and to an incredible home-stay lunch. This is truly a memory of a lifetime.

Shortly after our arrival my husband became very unwell and he collapsed in the room. The staff were incredible. My husband was taken by ambulance to the local hospital and a staff member came with us to interpret for us. The director of the hotel also came to the hospital with food for us. Their kindness was greatly appreciated during a very stressful time.
