We also rented our bike from them. Would also like to mention Sauce Tacos and Wings it was the best restaurant in walking distance and one of our favourite no local meals in Vietnam.

Good location - just a few minutes from the bus station and close to restaurants and shops. Breakfast was good too with a choice of baguette, eggs, side of veggies or noodle soup. We also did the Ha Giang loop with HaGiangGo, using easy riders. Mr. Phương was great in explaining the route, points of interest and arranging it for us. Our easy riders, Hieu and Giang were fantastic, very safe, capable riders, friendly and very helpful - they scored major points from us with how safe and contentious they were about not consuming any alcohol even at night just in case - in their words, “our lives were in their hands and they didn’t want to take any chances”! We couldn’t have asked for better easy riders. Thank you Mr. Phương, Hieu and Giang for a fantastic trip!

Waterfalls within walking distance, best to go there in the early morning - 8am at the latest - to have a swim before groups come around.

There was water dripping from upper floor bathroom 2. Motorbike rental : Every motorbike here is new and in good condition. Motorbike I rent, still used for 3700km, and in a prime condition. Rental process takes only 1 minutes. You choose your motorbike, then sign the contract. But as a renter, you have to check, take video and take some picture of your motorbike. Also, you have to understand contract you sign. 3. Transportation : they help you buy bus or limousine tickets. 2 cute and beautiful lady picked me up from bus stop with a sign wrote my name. Puedes estar hablando horas con ellos y te recomendarán las mejores opciones para vivir tu experiencia allí, en base a lo que les digas. Ojo te dirán tanto lo que quieres como lo que no quieres oír, pero francamente que te recuerden que el Loop no es un juego y que seas respetuoso nunca está de más. Para mi, uno de los mejores alojamientos por los que he pasado en Vietnam.

Organizamos el tour de Ha giang loop con ellos y todo fantástico. Los easy-riders fueron súper atentos en todo momento y nos daban seguridad para hacer el loop. Al terminar el tour en moto nos dejaron darnos una ducha y nos dieron un detalle de despedida. Nosotros lo hicimos en dos días pero recomendariamos 3-4 para disfrutar del lugar. En el hotel nos ayudaron también mucho con otro problema que tuvimos incluso cuando ya no estabamos alojados allí, llamando a las 4am de la madrugada, tuvimos suerte de ellos.

El dueño las mantiene con muy buen estado e impolutas. Cuando volvimos de la ruta nos dejaron duchar. En resumen un diez. El homestay está limpio, se duerme bien, y los dueños del hotel son muy buenas personas. Un diez!!! Recomendamos 100%

Lo mejor del hotel es la posibilidad de hacer el Ha Giang Loop de 4 días con gente increíble. Fue, sin duda, la mejor experiencia de todo el viaje. Los easy riders Van y su hermano Lang son unos guías maravillosos. Conocían muy bien la zona, conducían genial y estuvieron muy atentos en todo momento. Le pongo un 7 al hotel en general pero la experiencia del Loop es un 10.

Desde £4 por nocheEl chico de la recepción nos trató genial y habla inglés perfecto. La habitación no era muy amplia pero estaba limpia y los baños también (suficiente para nosotros) :) . Desayunamos creps, alquilamos allí la moto y dejamos las maletas durante nuestro Ha Giang Loop. Al volver nos pudimos duchar y usar la piscina y luego nos llevaron hasta donde cogíamos el bus a Sapa.

Shortly after our arrival my husband became very unwell and he collapsed in the room. The staff were incredible. My husband was taken by ambulance to the local hospital and a staff member came with us to interpret for us. The director of the hotel also came to the hospital with food for us. Their kindness was greatly appreciated during a very stressful time.
