The hotel is well-located in Chau Doc, near a major road in the city where you can find everything you need and just a 10-minute taxi/scooter ride from the Futa bus station. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It's not a 5-star hotel, but it's definitely good value for money. More than anything, the host is really helpful and nice. We would like to extend a big thank you to her; she did everything she could to make our stay in Chau Doc easier during our 3-day visit, even though we only stayed one night at her hotel (arranging mini-bus transfers, scooter rentals, luggage storage). She also provided a lot of recommendations for our visit to Chau Doc area.

Located in the center of Chau Doc, The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk. Good location in Chau Doc and the staff was very kind. They helped us to organise a trip to Tra Su Forest, book a bus to Can Tho and to send us something back that we forgot during our stay. I fully recommend.

Set on the banks of the Bassac River, Victoria Chau Doc Hotel offers cosy accommodation with river views. We were travelling by car, and the traffic was heavier than normal with TET celebrations going on so we arrived later than I thought, but this was no trouble for the staff, bags-checkin etc no trouble, made us feel at home straight away, 10/10 for all staff, please don't stop what you are doing, it is great to see good customer service
