El Tierra Viva Puno Plaza està situat a 50 m de la plaça principal de Puno, de la catedral i del carrer principal de Jiron Lima. the room was nice, comfortable bed and great shower. staff are very nice and helpful, the the best was that they let us check in at 6am after our night bus because they’ve had the room ready. the breakfast was good and the location is exactly in the centre (but quite). will definitely recommend to stay here.

This was a surprise actually, didn’t know what to expect but it’s a really nice well kept hotel away from the chaos of the city. Our room was modest and although we only had one night here on our transit to Cusco, it’ll be high on my list when we go back. The staff is also very welcoming and pleasant.

The foremost thing we liked were the family (Juan, Elsa and their amazing children). They were super kind and what they have build on their island is amazing. The typical boat tour was super interesting and de textile workshop was interesting, but a little expensive for what it contains. The food Elsa cooked was amazing and delicious. The room was better than expected. The view is great and the beds are comfortable.

Puno és un poble més aviat lleig. Va ser més encertat dormir als Uros directament (us recomano Uros Qhantany, d'en Wilber).

La situació a la vora del Llac Titicaca és inmillorable.
La situació a la vora del Llac Titicaca és inmillorable. El problema és que està a 40 km de Puno (que no val la pena) i aixó fa que un cop allà no es pugui visitar res més que el propi llac. És però molt recomanable i fàcil llogar una llanxa particular que fa el recorregut a Illa Takile i Illes Flotantes de los Uros, i aixó sí que val la pena.
