They talk to you and offer advice on your daily activities, they called 4-5 different places to get us a good deal on a canue renting. Nice pool and the garden very well maintained. The laguna is 5 min walk. You wont be sorry if you stay here. Thak you for having us.

Really nice and cozy hotel with very helpful and nice staff, good suite with nice balcony and pool view, also fabulous the whole area of the hotel and really clean, proper breakfast (coffee, juice, fruits and vegetarian omelette / scrambled eggs with ham / quesadillas). If we'll come back to Holbox for sure choose this hotel again.

Aquest allotjament està situat a la bonica platja de l'illa de Holbox i ofereix privacitat a poca distància a peu del centre de la ciutat. This hotel is a gem! We even got an upgrade when we arrived and we felt like in paradise. The whole place is beautiful and it is situated on the BEST beach of Holbox. Trust me, it is simply breathtaking and super clean. I saw the other hotels' beaches and they were not as well kept as this one. It's not the closest to the city center, but you are on holiday...so why hurry? You will go on a very enjoyable 15 mins walk to the city :) Staff is amazing and the whatsapp food service is really useful.

Everything about this hotel was great. Small boutique hotel 9 rooms only 7 of which are sea view we had room N02 top floor. Jero , Myra, Tino and the team are warm and hospital nothing is too much of an issue. All staff make you feel like the family. The facilities etc are great. Food and menu drinks, spot on you must try the Red Snapper. Outside short walk along the road- watch out not lit to all the many restaurants and street food market and stalls. The hotel is quiet and relaxing and far away form the banging dance music We were sorry to leave . will come back. PS GREAT COCKTAILS.

This was the best hotel we stayed at on our honeymoon. Immediately on arrival we knew we picked well. The whole place is stunning. The staff friendly and helpful. You have your own butler to help you while you stay. The cenote is stunning. Beautiful to swim in with the fishes. Way better than a normal pool. There is also a pool and jacuzzi area which is stunning with a swim up bar. Our room had the wow factor with our own terrace and jacuzzi. The food was exceptionally tasty at dinner and breakfast and was so much choice it was hard to pick. They help you with your bags and car. The location is very good close to all the beach hotels in the hotel zone of Tulum. I really hope one day we can stay here again. The music they play throughout is very hip and relaxing. I immediately just felt relaxed and looked after here. Very good value for money especially considering we experienced other hotels in this area of tulum.
