Last minute booking, we canceled another place because we wanted this bigger room here. This met expectations. Room was very large, spacious and comfortable. It was quiet. Our room had a nice view toward a small Church (some rooms may not?). The immediate area 2-3 blocks looked a bit rough, but I took a walk in the morning and found some delightful small streets with a lot of impressive murals, a small park and it was very artsy. There may have been more I missed. Breakfast was a good portion, great. I would come here again for sure (we may even book again later in this trip on return to Puebla).

I would absolutely stay at a Hilton Garden Inn again, and this was a great representation of the brand.

They spoke English and helped me in many ways during my stay. One clerk checked prices and called a cab to take me to Cholula. Another figured out a way to charge my phone. They all showed excellent customer service skills.
