Everything :) really, I had a lovely stay here! -Nice and helpful staff -Comfortable room and bed (if you are cold ask for an electric heater, they provided it to us immediately) -Nice bathroom, with hot water and good pressure in the shower -A lovely courtyard with some sun beds -Great location in San Cristobal, few mins from the main streets but in a more quieter area. Full of great restaurants and bars around.

Casa Venus is located in San Cristóbal de Las Casas, less than 1 km from Na Bolom Museum and a 10-minute walk from Amber Museum. This is a great hotel! Good "centro" location, nice clean rooms friendly helpful and mostly bilingual Spanish/English staff. The hotel is affiliated with the restaurant next door. The food was excellent, and if you tell them you are staying at the hotel they offer a small discount. Secure parking is available on the same block, the price is discounted for hotel guests, it is 15 Pesos/hour. I am on a motorcycle and secure parking is important to me. On-street parking is VERY difficult to find. The hotel does not have AC, but given the elevation of the area I was quite comfortable without it. The manager is a young man named Ben and he is THE BEST!
