The highlight for me was the snorkeling; it's some of the best I've ever done, with crystal-clear water and incredible marine life just off the jetty. Plus, the WiFi is surprisingly good for such a remote place, hitting around 30mbps, which is great for staying connected. Just a heads-up, due to the location, the internet might drop during storms, but that's a small price to pay for the beauty and peace you get here. Overall, Vogelkopf Resort is an excellent choice for an stress-free vacation with a bit of adventure and a lot of natural beauty."

Mansuar Raja Ampat Bungalows features a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and bar in Kri. The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, a shared kitchen and free WiFi. It was our best stay in Raja Ampat, room is super roomy and clean, the little balcony has all you need - a table with cushions, a net and a hammock. And the bungalow is facing the sun in a way that it doesn't get really hot during the day. A huge plus for a place that has no AC. And staff here is just absolutely amazing, Nima and Ringga, they're just amazing human beings that help you arranging your tours and suggesting you what you should do, they also speak perfect English. The shared bathroom and showers are also super clean and quite good quality comparing to our previous Homestay in the region. Also you're 2 minutes snorkel away from the coral reefs where we saw sharks, turtles, cuttlefish, Nemo and plenty other fishes. Would definitely return.

Facing the seafront in Yennanas Besir, Amfriwen Homestay features a private beach area and a garden. The property offers free private parking. The guest house has family rooms. We enjoyed our stay at Amfriwen. The bungalow was clean, had a fan, a mosquito net and a little shelf space. The veranda and the view were amazing. The bathroom was outside and for us one of the better facilities during our stay in Raja ampat. The food was very simple but always enough. We enjoyed our stay and say thank you to the lovely family.

Located in Besir in the West Papua region, GAM BAY bungalow's features a balcony and sea views. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace. Aron’s bay is beautiful. It is remote and full of life. I laid in the hammock all afternoon and watched the fish and birds all around me. Linda who helps Aron run the place always has a smile and cooks great food. The bathrooms are what you would expect around here, dip Mandi and dip toilet. Not my favorite, but normal for the area. The bungalows are well built, but I run hot and I did find that I wish I had a battery operated fan. Aron took me on a snorkel tour to Arborek island. I saw so many fish! He is a great guide, we had a lot of fun.

Set 500 metres from Saprokren Beach, Raja Ampat Eco Lodge offers accommodation with a garden, a terrace and room service for your convenience. Complimentary WiFi is offered throughout the property. We booked 6 nights in December at the Raja Ampat Eco Lodge. The lodge was fantastic! The bungalows are spacious, clean and beautifully appointed with a very comfortable bed, seating and dining areas and nice lighting. While there isn't air conditioning, the breeze coming from the sea and the large quiet fan made it easy to sleep at night despite warm temperatures. We didn't have any issues with mosquitoes or other bugs either. The food was delicious and varied each day. We loved the fresh juices, curries and vegetables. The house beach is beautiful and the reef has a good variety of fish. We even saw an octopus a couple of times! The owners are lovely and the service provided by the team is professional and kind.

Junior Homestay is a recently renovated homestay in Kri, where guests can make the most of its garden and terrace. This beachfront property offers access to a balcony and free private parking. Alfred the host was incredibly welcoming and gave us an amazing feeling that we are wanted! The food was delicious and the simple cabin gave us the experience like we are on a lonely island like we wanted! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

With sea views, TABARI DIVE LODGE is located in Pulau Mansuar and has a restaurant, a shared kitchen, bar, garden, terrace and barbecue. We had an incredible stay @ Tabari. As soon as we arrived on the island we felt we were in paradise and our host Brigitte made us felt we part of the family right away. Her team were extremely friendly and always smiling even if we did have a language barrier. Being far away from the mainland we thought food quality would of been mediocre, not at all, we actually gain weight during our stay, be ready to eat !!! Of course the diving was spectacular and well directed by our dive Master Eddy. We also did a few excursions that were all organized . On our departure day, all the staff that was on duty came to say goodbye, what a nice way to thank the guests. We’ve made the right choice by staying @ Tabari Dive lodge. Un gros merci Brigitte, notre séjour restera dans nos pensées pour l’éternité.
