Really appreciated the support they give to a NGO from guatemala. I would return to stay longer!

The rooms are new and big, the hotel’s facilities are good and well maintained. The restaurant is fine and the breakfast is great. The location is perfect as Zone 10 seems quite safe and there is a very good shopping center just next to the hotel (accessible by the main entrance) and with a lot of different good restaurants options. If you need to move around Guatemala City or you need to arrange business trips you can arrange everything through the front desk (highly recommended).

Ideal for local and foreign tourists, missionaries, non-profits, families and business groups, Hostal Villa Toscana is located in Guatemala City just 1 minute walk from La Aurora International... The location is great, just a 10-minute walk from La Autora International Airport. I was able to walk to the airport, even with luggage. The hotel also provides a transfer service to take you to the airport, and the journey is less than 5 minutes by car, which is very positive because traffic in Guatemala City can be intense and chaotic.The establishment is quite clean, the bed comfortable, and the staff very attentive. It has a beautiful backyard where you can have a coffee or do some reading.

I liked that service and friendliness of the staff, they even arranged a breakfast box for an early flight. The size of the room was amazing and the bathroom too, it had hot water and complementary water.

Alt var meget bra på hotell Villas Santander. Vi hadde god plass på rommet og til og med terrasse. Det var rent, god stor seng, stille. Hyggelig og behjelpelig betjening. Excellent😊 Det kan virkelig anbefales. Vår første natt i Guatemala var hotell Ixbalanque som var forferdelig, det får vi ikke gitt evaluering på … vi hadde bestilt alle dagene der, men heldigvis ikke betalt på forhånd.☺️ Så var sjeleglad når vi byttet hotell og kom til Villas Santander.❤️

The facilities are enormous, they have a pool with normal water and a jacuzzi with hot water too. Rooms with air conditioner even though Guatemala City is cold. Comfy and elegant. They have access to a Spa and gym. And they are just 5 minutes walking from Miraflores Mall which is a pretty nice mall.

The staff was so accommodating and friendly, and the complementary breakfast at the corner restaurant was great. It felt super safe and secure. I was aware of reviews criticizing the facilities, but for the price and location, I was very satisfied. Safety, security and comfort were my priorities. Fresh paint was not.
