A pleasant, comfortable hotel with an excellent location. The staff and management are super friendly and on the guest side. They solved my problem caused by Air France and did not charge anything extra. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The best English breakfast ever. They always made sure everything was ok with your stay. The food at Gino’s was top notch, as was the service. The view from my room was spectacular; a view of the Tyne and bridges. Great Location.

The hotel looks so inviting from outside. Inside it's homely the room was amazing comfy and clean. It was very quiet inside the hotel. We will be visiting again.

The nightlife around Whitley Bay did not disappoint they've got some amazing Pubs/Clubs it was prime location for a good time for the next morning, we had a walk along the beach and it was delightful, nothing could compare to the fresh air coming in from the sea.
