The OKKO Hotels Toulon Centre is located in the centre of Toulon. In the immediate vicinity of the station, you can also enjoy the port and its bus boats (10 minutes walk), the beaches of Mourillon... All the staff is extremely friendly and nice, whether at the reception or in the diner/breakfast room. They offer free snacks at 6:30 pm, there is free coffee, drinks (lemonade...) and sweets all day. The place is very clean and cosy, and well located near the train station.

Located a 5-minute drive from the centre of L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, Les Carmes offers pet-friendly accommodation with free WiFi. This hotel has a year-round outdoor pool and spa centre. This was the 3rd time we stayed at Les Carmes, and it feels like coming home. It exceeded all of our expectations, as always! The lovely old building and its beautiful setting, the wonderful breakfast, the gardens, the swimming pool... but above and beyond all of this are the warm and welcoming people who are at the heart of Les Carmes. They make you feel right at home. We were sorry to have missed Pascal this year, but Minna's and Marion's presence certainly made up for it. The apero à 19h was a success thanks to them. It is surrounded by trees and very quiet as there is no road nearby. 5 mins to the beach, 15 mins to the train station

Featuring an internal courtyard with an outdoor pool and deckchairs, Gounod is a hotel set in the heart of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, 18 km from Avignon. This was really a perfect stay. I arrive a bit early and my room was ready. The staff was kind enough to let me try speaking French, but then they replied to me in perfect English. The room was absolutely lovely with its musical theme. Extremely comfortable bed. I liked how the sink, shower, and toilet were all separate. There were even wash cloths for us Americans that use them. The lobby was adorable and decorated for Christmas. I was seated in front of the fire place for my breakfast. The hotel had umbrellas for walking around in the rain, they had a map of the town, and made lunch and dinner recommendations. I didn't reserve a room by the garden, but I walked through it. It was a damp December day, but I can picture how beautiful it would be on a warm sunny day. Also in the garden, was the largest fluffiest cat I have ever seen.
