The hostel is a great value for money and I really enjoyed my stay there: the bed was very comfy, the view is amazing, the breakfast was good and filling and it’s only a short walk up the stairs form the port and to the village above the hill — making it a perfect starting point for the hikes on the island. Would definitely recommend!

The bed was very comfy. I loved the heavy blanket. The view is beautiful. The stuff is very friendly and will help you with any questions (Spanish). Basic breakfast with fruits, bread, jam, juice and coffee/tea. I loved the north part of the island the most where this hostel is. People are more friendly and relaxed. VERY IMPORTANT: On the north side, you can enter the island without climbing a steep hill up with your backpack, which you have to do on the south side. The hostel provides internet in the morning and evening which worked well. If you need it during the day you can go to the nearby restaurants. But everyone is hiking the beautiful island in daytime anyway. I recommend hiking the island from north to south over the mountain and back from south to north on the beach side. It's easier. You can easily get around if you start your hike between 9-10 am. So you have enough time for breaks and lunch. Enjoy
