First time staying in this hotel and couldn't fault it at all - staff on the front desk were lovely, friendly and professional, room was perfect, restaurant and rooftop terrace were really good, and it wasn't as crazy price-wise as many others in the area. The location was perfect for Bank and St Pauls, I'd definitely recommend it and will definitely stay there again.

The location is exceptional and located just a few steps to Mansion House station where we can access to the city centre and train station so easily. The studio room has everything we need for a long stay which made us feel so much like home. The staffs are very helpful and always responsive to the requests. On top of that, we were impressed by the way they pay attention to the details of the guests like a honeymoon gifts we received on arrival. Overall, 100/10 ! Definitely going to recommend this place to our friends and family.

Shangri-La Hotel The Shard is located on St Thomas Street, less than 1 minutes' walk from London Bridge Train and Tube Station. Where do I begin? Everything in this hotel is perfect. I can't fault anything. We were very much looked after the moment we checked in until we checked out. Friendliness and great staff are second to none.

Excellent location for sights, for walking, or for talking the tube. Incredibly attentive and thoughtful housekeeping - when we came back to our room we found a few little surprises that show real attention to detail - they left two small teddy bears for our children, put a bookmark in my book, left a small cloth for wiping the screen of our iPad among other things. Also reception staff (particularly Regina) made us feel at home. Super comfortable bed too!

The hotel is next to St. James’ Park and Tube Station, in London’s Buckingham Palace area. Excellent location, beatifuly decorated for Christmas, a building with history nicely renovated. Good brakfast.

Originally opened in 1889, the world-famous Savoy Hotel is situated on the banks of the Thames and less than 5 minutes' walk from The British Museum and The Royal Opera House. The hotel was once visited by the likes of Sir Winston Churchill, Frank Sinatra and Katherine Hepburn. It’s in the central part for food & shopping. The Housekeeping was spectacular, very 5-Star. They go an extra mile to fold all those clothings you just lay around the room. Everything is in place. I like the different kind of balm they place on my bed every night. I used it up 😊
