All rooms are fitted with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, fridge, a kettle, a shower and a wardrobe. The hostel provides some units with sea views, and the rooms are fitted with a patio. Hosts were SUPER accommodating and lovely per all other reviews and always checked that everything was okay. We really appreciated them helping to find the strongest wifi on the property for an interview.

- Amazing hospitality by Mahatu 😊. She personally did the airport pick and drop for us, complimentary. Upon arrival, right from the airport, she drove us around to show the important places on the island, like where is centro, where to buy national parks park tickets etc. She was always available with a response/recommendation whenever we needed it.

The view from the property is amazing. The lady who owns the place does an amazing job at keeping it. It is very well cared for and one of the best hostels I have ever stayed at. It is also one of the cleanest hotels and hostels I have ever seen.
Rapa Nui is not a destination that has Hiltons and Hyatts. This small island has small hotels that are more like B&Bs. Our room could be described more like a cabin or bungalow. Clean and safe. Breakfast was good and our host spoke English well. Always cheerful and accommodating. This "hotel" has good restaurants on both sides of the property. It is across the street from the ocean and walking distance to just about anywhere you can go without a guide.
Very well located close to the sea and not far from the town on one side, and from the Ahu Tahai on the other. The hostel has a nice common area with open kitchen and tables.
Great location and owner really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and relaxed.
Such a good surprise ! Sincerely this hotel has 4 stars level rooms ! The social area is in a middle of a mini jungle very pretty. Convenient kitchen , barbecue. The beautiful swimming pool is large enough to swim and to relax . This is a quiet place and the owners will respect your privacy. I m very picky , and I really love this place. The price (about 100US$) is the good one compare to the price of many terrible hostels of the island.
Comfortable rooms, included breakfast, great location, friendly staff and cleaned daily
The manager Benjamin was wonderful. The place was clean and spotless. The kitchen was clean and lots of space. Walkable distance from the town and shops. They provide tours. The other people staying were great too. Benjamin was happy to give me ride if needed when it was raining. He even took me to the crater which was extremely appreciated. The dormitory has its own bathroom.
The owner of the hostel was super friendly and helpfull! Rooms are good and comfy.
Tojika was a dream. It’s right on the coastline, so I fell asleep to the sound of crashing waves. The hostel is very pretty and well-maintained. People complain about having to walk 15 min along beautiful coastline - don’t listen to them! Bikes can be rented for cheap in town if you don’t want to walk. I’ll be back and I’ll be happy to stay in Tojika again!
