One of the best dorms I've ever stayed in! Great curtains, you could sleep completely in the dark. The mattress was super comfortable and you even had an electric heating blanket which was just amazing. Everything very clean. Owner is very nice, speaks perfect English and is able to help with anything - be it bus tickets, taxi service, recommendations, cable car tickets or you name it. Perfect stay, would definitely come back. 100% recommend :)

Location was very good, view from terrace was absolutely stunning. Quiet, lots of places to hang out or read, big window in dorm for fresh mountain air, cool and comfortable in dorm and hostel although no ac. What I like best about the property was the staff, they were really helpful and nice especially the GIRL STAFF that knew simple english but if she didn’t understood what we were saying she would translate it using her phone. SHE HAD EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. She even booked us a taxi or tuktok going to our next location. Just to give you a heads up, there is no Grab in Sapa unlike in Hanoi. The place was very convenient. It had an excellent LOCATION. Once you go out, there are a lot of restaurants outside, salon, spa, laundry etc… it’s a 10minute walk to the Sapa Center where all the excitement is happening but a long the way there are a lot of things to see. And it is also near the Sapa Market, but unfortunately we did not get a chance to go there. Hotel itself is CLEAN AND COZY 🩵🩵❄️ I was unsure in booking this place at first because it had a low rating in being “clean” but to my surprise it was SPOT ON CLEAN. They do have an electric kettle where we can heat water for our baby and there is a working heater in the bathroom and there is also a working room heater which is great for the cold weather. Do not underestimate the coldness in Sapa because it gets really cold.

1) We had a little balcony and a good view! Though it means that you have to walk 750m from the center every time you decide to go out as it was quite far from everyone. 2) The staff were nice! As we had to wait for the check-in time coz the room wasn’t available yet, they let us use the main bathroom to freshen up. 3) They arranged laundry service at an affordable price. We were also able to get the clothes on the same day.
