El servicio del restaurant tambien fue muy bueno, me trajeron la comida que les pedi, ya que me sentia mal del estomago y todos los dias preguntaban por mi recuperacion. El desayuno tambien muy rico y variado. La pileta muy linda y la habitacion tambien.

We had the best time staying here. Everything from the hotel, to the family room, the breakfast and the location were perfect. We have been to quite a few places in Vietnam including many hotels and what stands out is always the service. However the service at this hotel was just a level above. We got exellent recommendations for both restaurant, tours and taylor from Daisy (not able to write her real vietnamese name) and we tried most of them out. They all turned out to be fantastic - a great selection of local food at both more turisty restaurants to more local ones. We got excellent help renting motorbikes and they even packed us breakfast, when we had an early flight out.

Located very near to the old town. They offer free bikes to roam around but imp you don’t need it, just walk coz it’s near the main attractions.

The staff , especially Kevin, are very kind and welcoming! Consistently assisted with anything at all but without bothering - we truly appreciated it. The hotel is about 5-8 minutes walk from the center , but we didn’t mind the walk at all. The AC works amazing in the room (better than my own AC back home!!!) and the bed is super comfy. We immediately requested a quiet room when we first got to the hotel and indeed we got a very quiet room which was lovely.

They helped me a lot. They organise transfer from the airport, to My Son. The breakfast is wonderful. They give free bikes it makes very easy to explore the very nice old city.

Nos pareció todo perfectísimo. La atención, el servicio, la pileta, el spa, las bicicletas gratis, la hospitalidad y la ubicación. El desayuno no está bueno desde mi punto de vista. Tiene mucha variedad pero no me pareció rico.
