Staff member Ly assisted me with refunding money after I transferred it 10 times by mistake.

Apartment was amazingly comfortable and clean. The three bedroom apartment has 2 bathrooms and each bedroom has a TV. The living room has a sofa with TV set too. The location is a walking distance (600m) to the Lotte Tower and there is a supermarket on the ground level making it very easy to get supplies etc when you are traveling with children. There is also a coffee house downstairs where we got hot drinks. Love how friendly and warm the staff were! The apartment has all that you need and is spacious for a family stay. Modern looking, classy and well done up. Love this place and would definitely recommend to other travelers.

Everything is in walking distance. There are many restaurants nearby. It’s very quiet and the host Binh is very helpful. Perfect for female solo travelers.

Best breakfast I have had in years.
