The staff was incredibly lovely and helpful. They even decorated our room for my partner's birthday after I casually mentioned it. The rooftop is beautiful, loved the spinning studio and spa. A wonderful and comfortable end to our trip to Bangkok.

The hotel is close to the Asok MRT station (the hotel's tuktuk takes 2 minutes to get there, on foot maybe 10-15 minutes), in a not super-crowded, peaceful street. Lawson's, 7-11 a few houses away. The staff are amazingly friendly, polite. Their English is good, no communication problems at all. There is a pool, open from early morning to late evening, with jacuzzi, swing, sun-beds standing in water, all in the shade of beautiful green trees and shrubs. The restaurant serves excellent food. Breakfast one can choose from a menu of hot dishes. If e.g. the wife is still sleeping, they will pack the chosen meal complete with drinks. The restaurant staff is the best, service is excellent, everyone very friendly. Seems to be a popular place during the day for local young adults to gather for a coffee. We've been to Bangkok dozens of times and so far this was the best hotel, in all aspects.

Stayed here for 4 days 3 nights. This hotel has everything you need...from a clean and comfortable decent sized room with King bed, Bidet toilet, nice view from Level 16 (requested for room overlooking the Park - and my wish came true :D ), friendly staffs, fast lift, convenient access to BTS Asok and Sukhumvit MRT (Lobby is same level with BTS entrance - my main reason for choosing this hotel), Terminal 21 mall just across the road with many shopping and food options, walking distance to Soi Cowboy for nightlife entertainment (+ cannabis shops), last but not least, never short of free (cold) water throughout my stays. This is definitely a plus. Didn't get to use the pool, gym, bar and dining there though so no comments on that.

Rooms are amazing! So big! Great balcony with view of the city. Staff are brilliant, so friendly, always greeted with a smile and so helpful! I like to just book a few days at a time, moving hotels in different areas, but I will definitely be coming back here!
