Beyond expectation. The hotel was super clean. Early checkin with no fee. While waiting to complete the check in we were offered a free soft welcome drink. The bed in our deluxe room was super comfy, and the room was spacious. Great view from the 22nd floor. The room was perfectly sound proof so we had a very pleasant stay. Breakfast is just perfect.

Everything about our stay was exceptional. The team is extremely friendly and courteous. The villas are as advertised in the picture and are equipped with high end equipment and appliance and overall there is great attention to detail and quality of everything in the villas. The location is also great as it is right next to the public beach and about 30 minutes from the airport. There are four different breakfast menus to try, ranging from American to Balinese, we tried all of them and all were great. The team also arranged guided tours for us in Bali while we were there, we would like to especially thank Mira for her great recommendations where to go and Indra for being such a great driver and guide! guide. If we come back to Bali we know where we’ll be staying!

The Standard definitely have a standard, and it is true luxury and a premium experience. The view from our room (room 1204 if you get a chance to pre-book) was something truly out of this world, opening the curtains in the morning was such a delight. The artwork is amazing, the amenities of the hotel including the steam is well thought out (we had a flight in the evening, and were able to use the facilities before we headed to the airport) and as a remote worker, having a lounge nook in the room was so ideal. Great value for money, and if you get a chance, defintely visit the restaurant in the lobby and visit the 78th floor of the building. Will definitely be back!

Super friendly, super clean, everything you need! I felt really comfortable and safe here as a single woman travelling and I can highly recommend it!

Just about everything about the hotel we love, but to highlight the staff was amazing and the best i have experience in a long time. The boat trips to iconsiam safes so much time vs driving around bangkok. The room and food is perfect for family and solo travelers. Love my experience.. P.S chicken congee breakfast was amazing
