They took great care to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. They treat you like you are the only guest. In addition, they arranged tours, and transportation. Their tours are the best price around. Everyone was very kind. Our meals were exceptional.

The hotel is new and I was initially surprised by their rating, but when I stayed for one night I realized why they got this rating. The rooms are clean. The lineup is very helpful. All stuff member made every effort to make our visit special. They are very very friendly and kind. My boyfriend celebrated his birthday during our stay and they surprised him with cake and gifts. I would highly highly recommend this place whoever visiting Cairo. We will definitely come back to this hotel if we will be lucky enough to return to Egypt.
