The rooms were comfortable with warm blankets and showers, and the staff were extremely helpful- assisting us with early and late check-in, organising taxis and even helping with printing some documents.

The room and the facilities were fine, a little bit outdated but everything was working properly. we had a lot of help from Alvaro at reception, he made our stay exceptional!

Location was great, about 15-20min walk to El Prado cable car station, and also similar walking distance/time to Obelisco station. The witches market is also close by. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was a typical one but more than enough.
