The beach area of the hotel blasts extremely LOUD MUSIC all day long. This is VERY disturbing to many hotel beach goers. We mentioned this issue every day to the main attendant at the beach but NOTHING was done so as to stop this blaring music. Management was also informed of the LOUD MUSIC at the hotel beach area and NOTHING was done. Please look into the matter. Thank you.

The furniture was nicely designed and the beds were comfy. The private beach was free and not crowded. We had several issues with the hotel.
We had several issues with the hotel. Firstly, Faramawy promised us a ground floor room for our baby but were given a room on the last floor. Secondly, our friends were charged a high fee to join us at the beach and then were told that outsiders were not allowed. Thirdly, when we raised these issues with the manager, they apologized to us but no action was taken. Lastly, we were accused of stealing a towel on our last day, despite there being only one towel provided in the room.KhaledEgypt - 10Scored 10

Also a distinctive feature of the hotel is a very good SPA area, sauna and hammam are just great. 10 out of 10 points for this hotel. Now, for me, this is the number 1 vacation hotel on the northern coast of Egypt.
