The hotel is new, modern, clean with large rooms. It is easy to access, has good WIFI, strong showers and secure parking. The staff were friendly and despite having limited English all my needs were met. It's next to food places but you'll need a motorbike to get around as it's too far to walk into town. 5 min drive to town.

As always, friendly staff. Maintains cleanliness and quiet very well, rooms have many worthwhile upgrades.
The car parking lot is very large and safe. The small swimming pool on the roof is very useful for the summer heat.
There are many delicious restaurants around that can be walked from the hotel.

The staff spoke very little English but with the aid of Google translate we got by.
Unfortunately there was no evening meal option and it was very far to walk for dinner.
My partner became unwell whilst there and we could not travel back to go chi min city by bus so we needed a private taxi, the young man at the accommodation organised for us. We were very grateful.

Vinh Long is a great city for tourists, as you experience local life easily. There are nearly no other tourists around, we only saw one other group on our 2 day trip. The city has great places to eat and is easy to discover by bike. The Bus station can be reached via West Bank Station in Ho Chi Minh. We were very grateful that the home stay Mekong Pottery offered organized trips and also the options to have dinner at the home stay. There was a lot of information provided on the website. The host was always present and open for answering our questions. We recommend the trips we booked via the home stay a lot! We had a great stay. The room and the outdoor bathroom are beautifully made and fit the surroundings so well. It's a little oasis for travellers.

It is a lovely place to stay for one night or two during a Mekong delta trip as there is not so much to do there. If you enjoy long walk, cycling, fishing and good food, then it is definitely worth stopping in Vinh Long on the way to Can Tho. People are really friendly and it is very relaxing there.

The rooftop bar opens at 430pm, and the centre piece is a replica Eiffel Tower. They serve all types of alcohol as well as drinks and cakes from the downstairs Cafe. Bonus, the whole hotel smells amazing.

The owner runs his own boat trip for 500k/p, bringing you on his boat to visit a pottery factory, a rice paper factory, a bee's farm, and a private orchard for fruits, and also includes lunch. Both meals we had were delicious, home-cooked food. We had transport arranged through the owner too.

Our host ( mom ) cooked us a great breakfast every morning and her authentic dinners were so delicious 😋. Her daughter and mom also helped too. Cold beer, wine and water are available as well as relaxing hammocks. We watched the sunset just next door which is a 5 minute walk. The tour that she organizes is also great!😊

Watch sun set into the Mekong. This place is not fancy, but it is wonderful. It has a chill vibe, beautiful grounds, and a great staff. The small extra effort to get there is so worth it.
