Second time we stay at this hotel. This is really your go to place. Position is perfect, everything is walking distance but still in a quite street.
Facilities are amazing, special mention to the rooftop bar.

Our stay at Emerald Classy was exactly what we expected reading the other reviews. The location was 10/10 and the service was a 10/10 as well. The rooms were clean and exactly what we needed for our city stay. They went above and beyond in making us feel at home, helping us with recommendations and when trying to book a grab to Ninh Bin (not booked through them) they helped us negotiate with drivers to ensure a safe arrival to Ninh Bin. Breakfast was also delicious and plentyfull :)

The rooms were very nice and clean with good airconditioning. The hotel looked really nice.
But most importantly: the staff was super friendly! They helped us very well when we arrived earlier than check-in after a long flight. They offered us a complementary breakfast and we were able to checkin already at 9AM instead of 2PM.
We were always greeted with a smile and they were there to help us when we had questions.
On our last day we could leave our luggage at the hotel and before the night train we could take a free shower at the hotel.
