Kudos to the management and staff of this hotel for the superb ambience and seamless service. The hotel feels like home. In an era where five-star ratings are often simply given to big-name hotels with subpar service, this hotel takes you back to a time when five stars genuinely signified excellence and meant something.
There is an abundance of activities within the hotel, from the well-equipped gym and the game room to relaxing by the two pools on either side of the building, with amazing scenery, and the functional spas. The architecture is stunning, the interior decorations are impeccable, and the rooms are quiet.
The staff are very friendly, easygoing yet very professional. The food and the breakfast are also excellent.

Very helpful young man on reception who speaks great English, will help with travelling on. Hires mopeds for 100,000 dongaroonies. Great place with real value for money. Your on the waterfront jn 4 or 5 mins walk. Victor Charlie is very good in all.

Comfortable bed in our room, better than the rest of Vietnam! Take a room in the back, it's much more quiet. 1 dog barking once in a while during the day, but quiet during the night. Great breakfast, hot water, perfect, I would come back and recommend!

Lan Ha Bay is original, amazingly stunning scenery . I read so many about Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay. Then I decided to single travel to Lan Ha Bay. It was about 2.5 hours on the highway to catch the pier.
The only thing that wasn't so great was traffic jam at the pier. Lucky me that our bus arrived little sooner so our group was on time and sitting at the lounge when other tourists still on their buses.
