The room was rly nicely decorated and spacious which was nice. The daily juices included in breakfast was also really nice. Parking was available too And hotel reception was super helpful in booking me a tour to Chichen Itza.

Amazing quiet place within a close proximity of the Tulum downtown. Rooms were really clean and we even got a free upgrade to a better room upon arrival. Peter in the lobby was an amazing person, helping us with everything we needed, giving us tips and always greeting us with a smile!

The friendly hotel staff and non-corporate hotel made a nice atmosphere. We felt really welcome. Given free drinks when we arrived and tour of facilities. Good breakfast included in price. Nice quite location but not too far from Tulum center and historic ruins.
