The location and the airport shuttle was good. If you want the view then go for this place but remember that's where the fun stops. If I could I would have moved to another hotel.

Stayed at this hotel in Labuan Bajo with killer views - really nice! Room was alright, nothing fancy but clean and comfy after a day on a boat or diving. Pool was good for a chill after exploring, perfect for a cool down.
Staff was very friendly and helpful, made the stay enjoyable. Just a heads up, the rooms are a bit on the simple side, but we didn't need fancy with that view. The location is also still close enough to town to walk

Labuan Bajo is a port harbor with its main attraction, the Komodo Dragon. There are day tours that you can take: Komodo Island with five other stops and Rinca Island with 3 other stops. The harbor master closed Komodo Island for 7 days due to weather but Rinca Island was open. The snorkeling is phenomenal with purple, green coral that look like cauliflower and broccoli florets with many colorful fish. There is no need to book tours ahead. You can walk down to the dock area and book with any of the vendors selling packages. Even the LBJ airport has tours available.
We rented scooters to visit Rangko Cave and nearby Batu Cermin cave. The ride is beautiful and scenic. There is lots of seafood in this port town ranging from sea and lake fish, lobster, crab and squid.
Labuan is worth a three day visit.

I love it here.
I love it here. The people are so friendly, the food is very good, and the scenery is beautiful. You can book many trips, overland or to other islands, and of course see the Komodo dragon.
There are some beautiful beaches too.
I will come back again!

Great area, but the main attraction is the boat trips to visit the surrounding islands, beaches and Komodo dragons. We booked a 2d1n boat trip. We fitted in lots to this short itinerary but a extra night in the boat, as opposed to the land, would have been better.
Seemed more to do at the opposite side of the island but its too far for a day trip.
Great night market down by the port and lots of fresh fish and fruit available for sale.

It’s rare I’m writing reviews. So far, I shared only 5-6. I’m writing only if it was exceptionally amazing experience or a real disaster…
It’s the first time for me to share an extremely negative experience.
When you arrive at hotel, you expect me to feel minimum trust with it
I stayed for 2 nights in this budget hotel. Usually, people traveling to Flores Island to take one of the ‘Komodo island day trips’. They will be picked up very early in the morning (5:30-6:00am). The trip operator gives clear instructions of how to prepare? what to bring? Ect.
Due to the intensity of the day structure, the traveler has to bring a breakfast box (because it will be very long, before food can be in reach).
I asked the hotel manager if they can provide it to me? She confirmed, mentioning it’s a usual procedure in that area.
5:15 I arrived at the reception… no one was there. Neither the breakfast box.
Things can happen, it’s not a big deal…
When returning back from the day trip, I asked reception to shortly talk with the hotel manager, just to understand what happened? The hotel manager refused to communicate and just disappeared until I departed the next day.
I’ve never experienced before such a behavior, specially from a hotel manager…
It raised a big big Red Flag.
Bottom line: I’ll not recommend to arrive in this hotel. Basically, It’s not to be trusted.

Labuan Bajo needs to be careful with how many resorts they are throwing up all over the place. And educate everyone to stay away form the coral and do not touch the sea life. Float and observe. No fins necessary most of the time. You can float and see more and not damage the coral with big clumsy fins.

For those who love nature, I'm really recommend especially to the Island. Everything was soo nature and nice scenery. Spend at least 3 days as to ensure the place must be visited is captured. Local are soo friendly and helpfull. Don't forget to try snorkerlling if thats a trial for anyone.
Big shoutout to Apoy the bartender lad who made a drinks was so amazing, he served in a good way, keep smiling person and helpful. Your property has a credit to him. As well as many staffs, restaurant manager, security was so kind, and the reception was attentive, they gave us a beautiful brecelet, were amazing. Good location of budget hostel with perfect facilities. Some of the nights live band there, cool place to chill and relax after whole day activities in Labuan Bajo.
The sea here is wonderful. The hotel jetty crosses over coral outcrops and fishing is banned, as a consequence, the crystal-clear water is full of life and we spent much of our time floating about in snorkel and mask, excitedly pointing out bright or strangely shaped fish to each other. On the boat back to Labuan Bajo three dolphins crossed the bows - a sort of farewell salute. We were sad to leave.
Location is great, near the jetty where the boats set off for the island hopping tours. The breakfast is really the highlight - honestly one of the best meals I've had in Labuan Bajo. You get to dine outside your room in the garden with a lovely view. There is a clothesline outside the room to dry your clothes after snorkeling. The owner is very hospitable and we felt very well taken care of.
Luxurious resort immediately adjacent to Labuan Bajo. A considerable improvement over a similar resort nearby.
Very attentive service. Good restaurant and nice pool. The beach is good for a relaxing and walking but too muddy for swimming as with other resorts in Labuan Bajo. The pool is large and attractively lanscaped. The open air restaurant is good and well-priced.
The location is great in the middle of the city, close to everywhere. Easy to find food around the hotel just 3 minutes walked to food center. Walking distance to the port if you want to take a tour to the Komodo Island. The sunset view in front of the hostel is really good. The hostel have a small pool is good enough to my children to have fun because he likes swimming.
- really clean and big rooms
- nice staff
- including breakfast (Nasi, Mie, Pancake or Eggs)
- they offer tours to fair prices (Komodo Nationalpark and Flores-Tour) - we did a 6-days-tour with a private driver through Flores, which was really really nice!!
- free Shuttle Service to/from Airport and Labuan Bajo Center
- really nice and warm shower
- good Wifi
Very central hotel, you can walk everywhere, pleasant layout of the rooms around a central patio, it looks like an old typical house in Labuan Bajo. All the staff are lovely, always ready to help you with everything you need, especially Gege, thank you! The room is very spacious, with a large and comfortable bed and air conditioning.
Nice view, clean and confirtable perfectly. Kind and helpful staffs.
Due to bad weather, the trip to Komodo island was cancelled unfortunately, but we can enjoy enough inside hotel because there are great facilities and lots of activities hosted by hotel. I would like to visit this hotel again to visit Komodo island in future.
Room is exactly as pictures shown. Very pleasant stay. This location is ideally located in the town.
Be mindful, in Labuan Bajo you are surrounded by mosques and the harbour. You can hear them in the background but your experience will be the same no matter where you stay.
Very unique accommodation! Beautiful island, beach and great location near Komodo/Bajo. Staff is super nice and food is good with enough options. The dive center on the island is very convenient to do courses, shore dives and arrange Komodo dive trips.
Small Hotel in an exposed location above Labuan Bajo. Wonderful panoramic view, nice outdoor area, pool and a restaurant featuring some local cuisine highlights. Live music on weekends. Short transfer from Komodo airport. Very friendly staff.
Located in the center of Labuan Bajo , this small hotel is run by very helpful staff . Good address for one night before visiting the numerous sites in Komodo
Plenty of bars and restaurants options in the vicinity
A charmful hostel in Labuan Bajo with a very personnal decoration, which changes from stereotyped hotels you can find elsewhere. The restaurant is also a very pleasant place to eat (and not only for the breakfast).
Best hotel on Flores bar none. You get what you pay for here. Ice cold AC, beautiful balcony views, restaurant with delicious views. Still using the supplied hotel slippers 1 month later. This is a luxury hotel.
