Staff were oustanding, happy, helpful, well spoken and courteous. The Hotel is centrally located with access to everything I required. Also, because I am elderly and travel alone, the Cafe's next door allowed me to join the crowd during the evenings. Sens Hotel, for me was the best expeience in Ubud. Thank you Sens Staff. ♥️
