friendly and helpful staff, housekeeping workers also are helpful, pools are good, aqua park is small but it is ok for kids, food is good (breakfast and dinner) I liked specially the salads buffet, hotel decoration and furnitur are nice, in general I enjoyed my accomodation there, I may repeat it.

The place is so clean, very good furniture. We enjoyed the view over the pool. The hostess Dr Sonia, owner of the property, is very nice and decent. A very good place for families looking for a calm and relaxing trip.

Nothings frankly Wondering, how did u agree 2 deal with a place still under construction’s 🥲🥲 No reception, no staff no service … such a dirty shalle with (used) bed sheets and dusty and not well furnished 4 human needs,such as no shelves, hangers and othe personal uses. Surprised… 2nd day 4 5 hrs Water was disconnected 2 fix the unit meter as it was forgotten by mistake.. I had spend hourable nights with flatbed & mosquito’s, but outside was out of a desert area .. Horribl experience. You need 2 send inspectors 2 explore places before u deal with otherwise u loose yr creadalility & image as a trusted Institution. Tks. Dr. Olfat ElAhwal 24th Aug.2023
