The room was spacious and clean. Even though the room was ok the ground floor, it felt safe with 24/7 reception and having shutters and metal bars on the ground floor windows. All the staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend the hotel and stay in again if ever back in Milan.

Easy to find and enter. Instructions were so detailed. Very spacious and nice to see a garden area. Small shops nearby and an excellent supermarket at the bottom level of Central Station. Also great to throw open the shutters and hear church bells ringing. The hosts took care of lots of nice details including coffee machine, plenty of towels, breadsticks, ice, hair-drier, decent wifi - all of which you don’t get in corporate hotels these days. Highly recommend staying at here.
