Excellent reception staff, friendly and helpful with queries and booking taxi. Good central location. Very cheap so relatively good value if you just want to sleep here.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was great with an amazing view of the lake and the breakfast was good. The location is also super convenient from/ to the ferry.

Cute little hotel with very friendly staff. We arrived very late and had to leave early on departure day but the staff was really flexible and nice about it, even prepared us a breakfast bag! The location is also very convenient close to the yellow gondola

Great place to stay in La Paz. I could check in earlier, which was very kind. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The room was nice with a nice view. Everything is clean and the breakfast is very full and you are able to order from the menu. The WiFi worked well. The location is perfect.. Down there is a nice mall with a food court and nearby there are two cable cars which you can use to get around La Paz. I can highly recommend this place although it is not the cheapest but in my opinion good value for the money.

Convenient location, friendly, helpful staff, speaks good English. We stayed 3 times in this hotel because it proved a good 'base of operations' in La Paz. Hotel provided laundry services (although a sign stated they didn't). We left luggage in the hotel for a week and again for 3 days with no extra charge. Working hot showers. Shops and restaurants in vicinity. Good breakfast included.

It had really comfy beds and was clean. The showers were hot and the wifi worked most of the time, sometimes a bit slow. The breakfast was really cheap and delicious. The staff were friendly and the app made it easy to book tours.
