Beautiful old house with amazing furniture and paintings. Feels almost like you stay in a little museum. Sophie and Jessica were very nice and helpful. We felt safe at this location and it's just a short walk to the pedestrian road. We could change the room from a street side to the courtyard side room. Was very quiet at night. Great place to stay in the city.

The common outside terrace is a nice place for sitting and reading. definitely a recommendation!

The breakfast is basic but pretty good, and they also sell lunches for only 30 quetzals. Towels, additional blankets, and locks for the lockers can be requested at no cost. Laundry service (additional cost) has very fast turnaround times, usually less than 4 hours. The little front yard area is beautiful and nice to hang around in. The neighborhood is safe and you can find basically anything you need within walking distance. And again, staff was very nice and helpful; I stayed there for over two weeks and saw them patiently explaining how to get places or just giving travelers suggestions.

The staff was very friendly and attentive and the place was super clean. The room I stayed in was perfect for one person, exactly what I needed! I needed to have three business meetings in the morning (video calls) and the internet was perfect! I had no issues meeting with my clients. It’s inside a gated community and there was parking for my truck (a big pick up) my Spanish is not that good so when I received the confirmation I didn’t realize I had to pay in cash or deposit into their bank account. I had a knock at the door asking me to pay and I only had credit cards. He explained cash only or deposit in his bank account. I quickly made a phone call to transfer the money. There was not a problem at all. He was very patient with me and allowed time for this to take place. I sent him a confirmation of the deposit and all was good. I will absolutely stay here anytime I need to be in the capital by myself! Or the larger room if I’m not alone. But I will stay here again!! 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
