Location : At a quiet neighbourhood , 10 min uphill climb from the city centre. Room: Room was clean, spacious with all amenities available from hot shower, hair dryer, towels to toiletries. Bed was big and comfortable with electric blankets. Room even had a dressing table , table fan and clothing rack. Only con is the bathroom door creaking in every room every time you enter or exit. Minor repair work will solve the issue. Staff : Hospitable and helpful staff. Other information : Hostel has an in-house kitchen and the chef is skilled. Very convenient if you want to spend a day indoors. Breakfast is all eggs menu but you can request vegetarian options. Veg spring rolls are to die for. The common area has a pool table. No complaints .

If you are fortunate enough to book this place, please do. One of its kind in the area (if not the entire region). If you are not in a hurry, i recommend enjoy sun raise and sunset here, the house is so well-designed that waking up to a mountain view is a worthy experience by itself, and then the coffee, breakfast, etc.. you just need to request. The host deserves an entire review for himself. You may have planned your trip well, until you talk to him and realized you had not.

Unique setting on the edge of an authentic village overlooking beautiful mountains. The village is still authentic, not overrun by large groups of partying foreign kids on motorcycles. The host family was very welcoming and we were made to feel part of the family. The rooms were small but comfortable and with a nice design. The bathroom is basic but functional. The overall experience is wonderful, being part of village life waking up to the sounds of the animals in the village waking up early in the morning

This home stay is a little piece of hidden paradise, just out of the busyness of Ha Giang town. The bungalow was beautiful, overlooking the mountains and the river. The breakfast was delicious and the hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you! We would 100 percent stay here again.

Super friendly family, both very sweet. The room was nice and clean. Good price. I was going to Mama's the next morning so the location was good but if you are not going to Mama's maybe the location isn't the best . The common spaces looked amazing and cozy unfortunately I didn't have the time to check them out .

The hostel itself was peaceful, quiet and in a really great location with mountain views in the background. Bean was incredibly helpful with organising transport to and from the hostel, as well as organising the ha giang loop bike tour. We were very fortunate to have really great drivers, felt very safe and comfortable with their riding and got along well with them despite the language barrier. They were all so friendly! Also Bong the dog was a cutie 😊
