The facilities are very nice Access to gym, onsen, restaurant or working area all at the same level The staff are very polite, and very respectful. Always smiling and professionnal. A very good point!
very good breakfast and onsen
Good location and friendly staff. Free coffee and other drinks in the afternoon. We didn‘t use the onsen as we didn have time.
It’s right across the road from the station but not at all noisy. Also very close walk to pick up the ferry to Naoshima. The breakfast was exceptional! And beautiful. Staff were really welcoming, efficient and charming. There is an onsen on the property, a short walk from the main hotel
Clean and tidy room, excellent location to nearby sights, professional staff giving good advice on restaurants and supermarkets around. Excellent service on proving bath towels for onsen use. Kitchen and common place are good
Uno Port in was ten out of ten in every respect. The cleanliness, the location and the staff. Max the owner, Meco, Minh, Long and there were one or two more that we didn’t get the names of. They are all amazing - nothing is too much trouble, very caring. One of us wasn’t well and they were so lovely. The breakfasts were fantastic. Everything. A fabulous Onsen was only 200m away. Would really recommend Uno Port Inn.
Cleanliness, convenience to visit islands, super helpful staff, and great Onsen.
Really comfortable and private tatami with a beautiful garden. The bathing experience was also nice, felt like you could use it as an onsen. We had a lift to and from Uno port which helped a lot as we had really heavy baggage. The hosts were helpful in telling us what was open as it was a national holiday in Japan. I’ll definitely stay here again, I absolutely loved it! Thank you
Beautiful property and garden. Room was a comfortable size, nice to sleep on futons on tatami. Owner is very helpful and friendly. The kitchen is large and well-stocked so it's easy to prepare your own food here. It's also interesting to stay in a totally non-touristy area.
Staff was consistently warm and helpful. The futons were comfortable on our bodies. The salmon bagel offered in the breakfast menu was delicious. The place is modestly furnished but clean (and refreshed promptly) during our 5D/4N stay. Yukatas took out of the need to pack bed clothes. Price value is outstanding.
