I was at the end of my trip and had tried traditional Moroccan food so I went and ordered the burger. It was fantastic! Honestly so good! They also had Corona beer which was a nice surprise. I asked for a lime wedge to go with it (the French word for lime is "citron vert" in case you were wondering) and the waiter gave me a confused look and came back with a couple of orange slices. The Al-Medina market is directly opposite the hotel, just few meters away. The Marina mall is less than 10 minutes walk from Novotel Hotel. And there are many restaurants both Moroccan traditional and others. The city is calm, peaceful and the weather was very cold which was good for me.

The riad provided transportation from and to the airport which was very convenient. We spent the afternoon hanging out by the pool in the backyard, entertained by a flock of peacocks wandering the yard, then were served a delicious Moroccan chicken tagine for dinner. Excellent home-made cooking. We could not have been happier with our choice.
