Its facilities are amazingly beautiful but the staff together with the kitchen personnel, was the real jewel. Having breakfast at the Nao was like having breakfast at a fancy hotel. Everything was fresh and delicious! You can even ask for some additionals for a cheap price. In the breakfast room there are some nice windows from where you can contemplate the lovely cusqueñas streets. I stayed in a shared room. Beds were very comfy with a socket and a locker for each guest.

Location is on a quiet street only a short walk from many restaurants and markets. They make a little bag for you for breakfast if you have an early morning tour. 10/10 would stay here again.

Spacious rooms with nice bathrooms/showers. Amazing staff that go out of their way to help you with just about anything. Good breakfast available all morning. It's a short walk from the main plaza and many restaurants and amenities. I would stay here again if I return to Cusco. Our room had a smart TV too which ended up being great to watch Netflix on a day where the protests/strike prevented us from continuing our travels. The perfect stay. We'd like to personally thank all of the front desks staff and especially Luis for his assistance with our changing itinerary and recommendations.
