Nayara Bocas del Toro has an outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, a garden and shared lounge in Bocas Town. With free WiFi, this 5-star hotel offers room service and a 24-hour front desk. This place and it's people really deserve some praise! Hard to even start to explain what an incredible experience staying there was. Starting from the pick-up with a boat by Elke (hope this is how you write his name) and some bubbles along the way and the most helpful and detail oriented staff I have ever seen. Beautiful place, location, activities and ofcourse the food by the amazing chefs. Everything was so personalised. Special thanks to Franco at the beachbar for creating good cocktails and chill atmosphere with his guitar, Sebastian who knew exactly where to find dolphins on our sunset boat ride and the chefs for getting us the most delicious lobster we've ever eaten! Cannot recommend this place enough (although almost feeling like I'd like to keep this place a secret because it's too special 😂).

Located in Bocas Town and with Istmito reachable within a 11-minute walk, The Lighthouse at Casa Max has concierge services, rooms, a terrace, free WiFi throughout the property and a bar. We booked a room there last minute, in the morning on the day of arrival, as our shuttle from Bocas was canceled and we had to stay one more night. Check-in went smoothly, we were able to get in the room even earlier than the official check-in time. I liked the location a lot because it is a bit away from the main streets with restaurants and bars and it was really quiet, we enjoyed it. There is a supermarket across the street where you can grab drinks and snacks, and a fridge in the room which made it very convenient and practical. Room nr 8: very spacious, large and comfy bed, a/c, hot shower, balcony with chairs and table (perfect for breakfast). WiFi is very good.

Bocas Town
The hotel is located in Carenero, a short boat ride from Isla Colón for $1. The staff was very nice. They were very welcoming and friendly. The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The AC was working well and it cooled the room pretty fast. The breakfast they serve is great and they are very accommodating to your preferences/limitations. It was a lot of food (for me) but it was great! Choice of eggs, toast, butter, jam, fruit, and fruit juice/coffee/tea.
Bocas Town
Carlo and his wife are friendly and attentive hosts. The rooms matched the photos. The wifi worked well. You can cook or have food delivered to the outdoor dining area. The hotel is about 700 meters from Pipa Beach, which is one of the few beaches on Isla Colon that is good for swimming because it has sand and no waves. My wife needed a taxi to go to Pipa Beach because the roads are under construction and covered with big stones. The hotel is a short taxi ride to Bocas Town for restaurants and boat excursions.
Bocas Town
Most unique hostel of Isla Colon!! Skully's hostel on the Caribbean Sea is just outside the hustle and bustle with beautiful creative sleeping areas and a nice bar with pool tables in the sand. Waking up with a view of the Caribbean Sea and the private beach, with mega sweet dogs (Enola 😘) with lots of chill seating areas and including a hanging lounger by the sea
Bocas Town
Room view was great, it had direct views of the ocean and isla Colon. The food was very tasty at the hotel and fairly priced. Complementary coffee and water bottles were offered in the room. Overall a great stay in a centric location.
Bocas Town
good position, you can easily access to Bocas town (Isla Colon); there is a small beach in front; the stuff cleans everyday apartmant and the area in front and aroud hotel; easy comunication; good value for the money
Bocas Town
Probably best value for money on isla colon! Nice balcony in the double room. All very clean. Nicely equipped and very clean kitchen. Kind staff.
This is the best hotel in Isla Colon, the food , the staff, the Roooommmss! Es mucho con demasiado
The location is amazing the colorful colors of the huts great kayaks we loved it all will be happy to come again
Great place to stay in Bocas! It surely is not the cheapest option on the island but the room was spacious and very clean, nothing to complain about. On top the staff is just incredibly friendly and welcoming, we had an amazing time there!
Location is great but there’s a lot of construction going on in the area.
The room was super comfortable, very clean. I loved the style of the hotel, it was modern but had like this classic vibe to it, really spacious hallways and the original wood floors. It was incredibly well done.
I wanted to be in nature (green, jungle, listening to the birds etc ) and looking at ocean. View was fantastic. Looking at different birds and howler monkey was fun. I could not see sloths but they said you may see them at night on the tree in front of their dining area. It is very relax and cozy atmosphere. Unique decoration, nature inside and out. It can be basic for some people but Shower pressure was good. Most of the time, I do not need to use the fan, Just breeze from the wind was comfortable. I love everything they offered.
the bungalow is great. it’s beautiful and it’s exactly as you see in the pictures. The owner was nice, she picked us up the first day and was also there for the check out. they provide a kayak and also masks for snorkelling. be aware that, as the description says, this accommodation is overwater and you’ll have to take water taxis to move around.
A beautiful eco hotel with a top notch staff and the best restaurant on the island! Wendy and Simon were fabulous! They arranged tours for us, showed us monkey and sloths and made us part of their family. We have been traveling for 3 months and this 8 day stay was the best so far because of the hospitality extended.
