The staff were really good, especially the duty manager. It was my birthday and we were looking for a special restaurant for dinner, she went above and beyond to find one for us. I was also given a little present She not only booked the restaurant for us but also told them about my special occasion. I had a surprise birthday dessert!! Very pleasant stay!! Perfect location too! Highly recommended!!

Check in was quick and the staff were very helpful. The sento was normal.

The room and the hotel are very clean. The room is even big for Japanese standards. The bed was very comfortable and the sunlight at 5am in the summer morning is blocked well with the curtains
