The food and service was amazing; we spent most of our time just laying back, dipping between the thermal pools, drinking beers and spritz and basking in the sun, watching the waves roll in. The view of the ocean, the thermal pools, the spa facilities available and the availability of hireable transport onsite has made our entire stay so seamless, stress-free and just so enjoyable and relaxing. It’s no surprise that they have loyal customers who’ve been selecting to stay at the establishment for the last 20 years. We will definitely be back.

We really love this place. It exceeded our expectations. Room was big, fresh enough, all was in excellent conditions, we don't have any complaints about the room. We are always critical about mattress and pillows, but this time there wasn't any problems to get good rest at night. Location is really fabulous - it was best place on Citara beach for us: not crowded and easy access, available all the day (till 21:00). We purchase additionally air conditioner and the fridge, but price was still very reasonable! We have used pool, thermal pool with hydromassage and jacuzzi. We found it really great place to stay on Ischia.

I would come back here in a heartbeat and would recommend to anyone who cares to venture to Ischia. Christian helped us plan our day every morning and was so positive about everything. Our room also had incredible views from the balcony which were incredible to see each day. In summary, Hotel Casa Sofia is a haven of tranquility, offering a remarkable escape. I highly recommend this place for an unforgettable getaway. Teren hotelu to piękny ogród. Pokój i łazienka codziennie są sprzątane. Umeblowanie skromne, ale w zupełności wystarczające. Klimatyzacja bardzo pomocna przy upałach. Śniadania dobre, duży wybór słodkich wypieków, pyszna kawa. Dziękujemy kelnerowi Andriejowi za obsługę i miłe rozmowy przy śniadaniu. Personel bardzo przyjazny i pomocny turystom. Słabo mówiliśmy w obcym języku, ale Panie w recepcji robiły wszystko żeby się porozumieć. W recepcji można zamówić dzień wcześniej transport i o wyznaczonej godzinie kierowca może zawieźć Cię na plażę, do miasteczka lub ogrodu La Mortella i potem przywieźć. Pobyt w tym hotelu to był nasz prezent na 35 rocznicę ślubu, na pewno będziemy go mile wspominać.

The property itself was beautiful. But what made our stay truly unique are the hosts - Alexandra and Giuseppe. Thank you guys for the hospitality, your care, amazing recommendations of things to do, places to go. Your love for your island made this trip very special for us!

The hotel is beautiful and has a wonderful location directly on the water with its own private beach. Fabulous breakfast buffet and very helpful concierge.

The Hotel Tritone is a beautiful property with amazing views and well-appointed rooms. We enjoyed having breakfast on property each morning but chose to eat at local restaurants for dinner. There was a nice beach cafe on the beach that served sandwiches and snacks during the day. The property is well maintained and beautiful. The staff is friendly and helpful. We especially liked this hotel and island because it was not touristy. Highly recommend!

The staff tried to be helpful but it was quit hard to communicate because my Italian is very bad. Google translate works though. It was very nice that they chanced our room after we complained about the smell and dirtiness.
