Really lovely stay here, it was comfy and clean and felt it was a very good choice for the Galapagos. Well kept with neat garden/ hammocks. Would recommend to anyone. Carlos was really welcoming and was kind enough to book our ferry tickets for us between islands which saved us time. Nice extra touches like fluffy towels, lovely hot showers and the room was spotless and cleaned daily. Fantastic place

What a great place to stay! The owner Josy was lovely, kept communication with us before and during the stay. Breakfast was great every morning and she cleaned our room while we were gone during the day. There is drinking water available too. Josy arranged us a taxi to and from the airport and gave local recommendations. Location is right in town, walking distance to everything. Rooms are cute, clean, spacious with amenities. We would definitely stay here again!

Set in Puerto Ayora, Torre Mar Galapagos features free WiFi and units equipped with a kitchen, terrace and seating area. Every need had been catered for and John was an excellent, friendly and welcoming host, checking daily everything was well. His attention to detail was exceptional. Fabiola cleaned our apartment daily and was warm, friendly with a delightful smile and happy demeanour. We truly enjoyed staying in his apartment.

We had an excellent breakfast pack from them on our early morning excursion. Well presented and packed for us to eat as we got hungry on the boat trip. All were wrapped in eco-friendly packaging. 10/10 We were super happy with how they explained their commitment to being responsible towards nature and what they do to be actively involved. The info in the rooms was presented subtly, although not overwhelmingly. The free shopping bags and water bottles were a nice touch.

Semilla Verde Boutique Hotel gives its guests the real traditional guesthouse experience on Santa Cruz Island. It is located only a 12-minute drive from Puerto Ayora. As long as you don't want to walk to the beach (it's in the Santa Cruz Highlands), Semilla Verde is THE place to stay. It is a joy! Beautiful property, wonderful rooms with spectacular views, huge grounds with spectacular walks and giant turtles for ... Galapagos! The grounds are being returned to native bush and the giant tortoises - more than 70 of them actually on the property - seem to love it. A particularly warm welcome from Cattya and we were soooo well looked after by Cattya and her staff. I'd recommend dining in.

Okay, so, I didn't actually end up staying in a room here—I had booked it in case I wasn't able to get to a different island that day, but I was able to get to the other island, so I was a no-show. But my interaction with the hotel staff and owner (I think) several days later when I stopped by to pay for my uncancelled room were so pleasant that I want to give them a rating. I had just arrived in town with my heavy bag, and one of the staff members graciously let me stow the bag in their locked office while I trekked to Tortuga Bay—Hotel Crossman is close to the entrance to the trail as well as the pier. I was hot and dehydrated when I returned, and the owner let me sit and drink my Gatorade in the hotel's lovely shaded common area and then gave me a ride all the way across town for only $1! So much hospitality and I wasn't even technically a guest. I hope I get the chance to stay at Hotel Crossman in the future.
