The service was excellent, and very attentive to our requests and requirements. The management provided us with excellent options for day adventures. The food was delicious and served in a very timely manner. We enjoyed the beautiful grounds of the hotel. Also a short walk to the town was very convenient. The vistas each day were simply breath taking.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ecohotel Alma We can look back on a fantastic time in the beautiful “Alma Resort” with its beautifully landscaped garden and a wonderful family who gave us a warm welcome and made our stay a wonderful experience. -Very friendly and attentive staff -we had a spacious 2-bed room with a fan (there are different rooms) -The beds are very comfortable - we slept so well -We really liked the bathroom w/outdoor shower -the location is very quiet (despite the nearby street) -very good breakfast, great coffee, everything fresh (partly. from own garden or surrounding area) -Simple menu for dinner – but very tasty (preferably fish in aluminum foil ;-) -located in a lovely, safe area in the countryside -There are also other restaurants nearby (take a taxi) -a very fair price-performance ratio -Wifi worked perfectly -We even managed to reach Alma by public bus and taxi for the last mile** **We are grateful that we found EcoHotel Alma. They also helped us to organise a visit at Finca Don Leo (organic coffee farm) and at nearby botanical garden with a Columbian's biggest palm collection and a papiliorama (butterfly house). Thank you so much for the great time and all the best!

The villa is new and just beautifull and very fine decoration according to the area. Very good swimming pool and jacuzzi. I highly recomend it . Very relaxing place.

Best places were nearby Hotel Mocawa. location is excellent. nearby restaurants such as Kokorico, Cafe Quindio Gourmet and even Vegetarian spot 2 blocks away, kept our meal options interesting. Armenia might just be the greenest city in Colombia. while other cities keep growing, Armenia manages to stay cozy and comfortable while still maintaining a great amount of entertainment, tourist, and dining options. Public Safety is also really great in Armenia unlike bigger cities!!!

Cities/town within the Quindio region are close enough to travel to a couple in one day and each have their own unique charm. Montenegro is very close to the Parque del Cafe, depending on what area you stay, the travel time to the park is about 20 min tops. My husband and I went to Parque Cocora for horse back riding up the mountains to visit a hummingbird sanctuary -- it was magical! We would have loved to stay a little longer in the area perhaps to camp and do more adventure-style touring. Also, loved the weather!

The hotel location is great...very central with a Cafe Quindio across the street, a number of restaurants within walking distance, a grocery store close by and a shopping mall one block away. The desk staff were responsive and professional and dining room staff (when you could find them) were pleasant and helpful. The pool was clean (but very cold!). The bathroom was clean and well stocked with toilet paper. The room had a mini fridge which is always appreciated. Indoor parking was provided free of charge.

- The breakfast was a very traditional Colombian breakfast. The only international element were the pancakes. Nevertheless the breakfast was very tasteful. - The rooftop pool and jacuzzi were excellent and despite the pandemic in working condition (maximum of 5 persons allowed). - great big rooms with in-room minibar. - wifi signal was excellent in the room - The hotel is near Cafe Quindio and from walking distance from el Portal del Quindio (Shopping mall)

The property has one of the best so far internet connectivity by fiber optics, I enjoyed the breakfast prepared by single order by the friendly kitchen staff , and last but not least the location around the Colombian mountains gives you a stay of connection with nature, birds, horses and such. I will return on the later future to this lovely place to rest , relax, be connected to the world and visit the wonderful town of Salento in Quindio , Colombia.

A beautiful, peaceful hotel where the staff are very friendly and professional. We have stayed in many different hotels around Quindio and this was one of our favourites. No loud music, good food and nice atmosphere. The staff left out marshmallows to roast on a small fire at night time, which I thought was such a nice touch! Lots of birds around the hotel and very close to visit parque del cafe.

We were not sure at first with all the antique collections we would like it, but we gave it a try and have no regrets. Everything was supper clean and it was interesting to investigate every little detail. The pool and all the amenities are great for kids and a very tranquil. The Glamping is ideally situated in one of the best locations between Salento and Valle Cocora surrounded by a very peaceful scenery of mountains, and lush green nature. One enters the property through an Avocado plantation and arrives in a nature lover’s paradise. From the grounds starts a very beautiful uphill hiking trail to two nearby waterfalls. We were accompanied by a friendly dog Sol, who loyally guided and protected us on various occasions. The staff is very welcoming, friendly, and willing to please. They bring breakfast in the room, if requested and started a bonfire one night. Our kids loved it. The owners are very passionate about hosting the best stay possible in a sustainable way with great care foir staff, guests and the beautiful bounty of nature by which it is surrounded. The accommodations are a marvel of Colombia craftsmanship and of original design: they are comfortable, spacious, and well laid out. Our tent/ “room” featured a panoramic view of the mountains and a half transparant roof enabling looking at millions of stars while in bed! The food was of excellent quality, featuring all fresh organic ingredients and prepared with love. On a very rare occasion of a power interruption one night, the kitchen kept preparing and serving food by candlelight, which made for an unforgettable experience and tasted even better. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and were able to detach from the hustle and bustle of daily life. We wish we had stayed longer and we highly recommend this Glamping, which is certainly one the best in the region.
