The staff was absolutely amazing. Genuine, forthcoming, helpful - it felt like staying with friends despite it being a hotel of notable size. They all spoke great English but also had a sense of when someone wanted to practice their Chinese. The hotel is located just a few walking minutes from Wenshu Monastery. Room was comfy too. Will definitely stay there again next time when I'm in Chengdu.
