Vouchers for breakfast covered most of the cost of breakfasts at 3 cafes very close by. Very nice locations, quick, friendly service and a good variety of food choices. Coffee was great. Loungers and umbrellas available at Grace Beach, a 5 min walk. On windy days one could relax by hotels small pool. Bicycles were provided by the hotel and we used them regularly.

The hotel is about 15 minutes from the airport and located at the very centre of Grace Bay which is a safe area and location of the upmarket hotels. It is perfectly placed for local fast food and quality restaurants - all in walking distance. The hotel has its own section of beach with loungers and shades on the exceptional Grace Bay as well as having its own pool on site. The room was decent sized with big beds and effective quiet aircon - which was needed. A large supermarket was just a 3-5 minutes walk and had a superb range of salads and hot dishes for takeaways. Vouchers for breakfast were given to spend at one of three nearby cafes. The vouchers were good for a hot breakfast and coffee at Island Scoops. The vouchers only covered 50% of the cost of a similar meal at the more expensive Shays. We didn't try Sandbox.

Grace Bay Suites has a very quiet off-street location. It's not fancy but it's freshly painted & well kept up. Compared to the surrounding luxury properties, it was a terrific bargain. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, with a new luxury mattress and excellent A/C. All rooms have patios or balconies that face the small pretty pool area. The staff were very friendly & incredibly helpful with all sorts of questions about the local area. Breakfast vouchers were given for a choice of 3 nearby restaurants. The hotel has free beach chairs & umbrellas for guests, a real cost savings.

For a very expensive island, this property was sensibly priced. It had many extras as well, like a voucher system to use at local cafes for breakfast, and a private beach area set aside. The office staff also able to offer booking services suck as taxis. We are travel industry staff and have seen a multitude of different accommodations,.. this was a pleasant surprise.

perfect location, near main street, rerstaurants and grocery store, and close to the beach and other super expensive resorts, pool was nice and free breakfast at three diferent locations was fantastic, at Shay's Cafe you could actually go for lunch in stead of breakfast, if you're not a breakfast person. Free Parking, free beach chairs and umbrellas, on Grace Bay beach, one of the best in the world!! We went for walks in the evening through the Ritz and other nice resorts like that.

Loved the friendly staff; breakfast vouchers system with local restaurants worked well for us; beach chairs and umbrella access for Grace Bay guests on nearby Grace Bay Beach; The rooms and amenities are basic — nothing grand, but are functional, working and clean; there is a small, but nice pool & lounge area, and very short walk to beach access and dining options/shops. We walked to/dined at Lupo, Shay Cafe, Bugaloos (Grace Bay location), Turk Berry, Island Scoops, and beach walked to Hemingway's and Ocean Bistro. Coco Bistro and Cocovan could be walkable but we drove as there is a bit of a dark stretch. The beach chair and swimming area is excellent — perfect sand, no rocks and a good depth for swimming in (vs some areas which are very shallow). Potcake dog rescue is nearby and you can host a puppy for an afternoon to socialize it. Covid testing site a block away for easy return travel.
