I’m not sure why this hostel/hotel has this rating cause I’d definitely give it a 9.5 out of 10! We stayed in a private room and it was great: warm, clean, all the toiletries provided. Rooms are simple but comfortable, and location is unbeatable! Right in the centre! Staff were lovely - even though our Spanish was very limited they did their best to communicate with us and did not mind using google translate to help. Reception can also help book excursions to the glacier. There is simple breakfast available on a tips basis :)
