Samuela was just amazing in hospitality and support to make you really feel like you are in your own place and city. She would provide any support you can think of. Not many places in Florence comes with an elevator but this one had and comes with excellent air conditioning too.

He checked in with us daily via text and recommended fantastic restaurants and tourist spots. For our anniversary, he left a chilled bottle of Champagne in the fridge, which was a lovely touch. Upon checkout, he called a taxi and arrived early to help with our bags. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Florence.

The host was more than kind. We have priceless advice for places for dinner with a discount of 30-50% 😀 The room is extremely clean and large. The bed is big and very comfortable, and pillows too. The bathroom is amazing, very pretty decorated with traditional italian tiles, and includes all amenities. There is a coffee machine and a fridge. The location is great ! In the heart of Firenze but quiet and clean environment.

The place is very new and very comfortable. Extremely worth for the price! I was also able to check in very late (23:00). One thing I really loved about the hotel was the high ceiling. It makes the room feel more spacious.
