This was our first time visiting NYC, we were on honeymoon and the staff were very friendly and genuine. We got our room upgraded to celebrate the occasion. We will definitely come back to this hotel in future anniversaries, really enjoyed our stay.

Aquest hotel disposa d'habitacions i suites amb cuina americana i zona d'estar. L'Hotel Beacon es troba a l'Upper West Side de Manhattan, a 805 metres de Central Park. The suite was charming with wonderful views. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchenette was lovely. The housekeeping staff was excellent and did our dishes each day! That was an unexpected treat. What was also over the top were the front door/ reception/ bell staff. We stay in a wide range of hotels and travel extensively. This was the best customer service I have received in literally years. I will definitely return to this hotel whenever I need to be in NYC.
