Everything! This was a perfect stay, an absolute dream come true. The artistic history of the place is overwhelming (ask about your room number), and the recent renovations perfectly honor this and the building's original architectural beauty without compromising on modern comfort. Nothing corporate or institutional about this place; on the contrary, it's just dripping with character and whimsy. Don't miss the lobby bar, cafe, or especially El Quijote, as these are all exceedingly beautiful and luxurious. The staff are largely friendly and accommodating, and the building is well located (a straight 10min walk from Penn Station, close to Greenwich Village, etc.). Pretty crazy that a hotel could tempt me away from exploring Manhattan. I never wanted to leave, and can't wait to return.

We have got 36th flor and the view was stunning. Its one of the last high building from upper Manhattan so we have had lower Manhattan fully in front of us. rooms are relatively small but very nicely designed. Perfectly clean.

Featuring 4-star accommodation, TownePlace Suites by Marriott New York Manhattan/Chelsea is situated in New York, 600 metres from Madison Square Garden and less than 1 km from Flatiron Building. Location was perfect, close to the subway and a few blocks away from Penn Station. Breakfast was good and it was varying during our stay. Rooms and bed were comfortable. No doubt next time we visit NYC we definitely will choose this hotel again.

A great hotel: perfect location, clean, comfortable, and very friendly staff. I recommend booking a room view city view in the higher floors - the view is just breathtaking.

Offering a complimentary breakfast, Hyatt House New York/Chelsea is 644 metres from the Empire State Building. The staff was great! We loved talking to Yahsheed about NY life, Brooklyn, the Bronx etc. Location great! Nice, clean room with enough space, comfortable beds.The mini market at the reception turned out to be of great use for our 2 adult kids who enjoyed their easy access to Red Bull.
